Service Description

Hibachi Drip Buffet (Minimum of 15 guests required):

Live cooking and chef performances might not be your thing; that’s perfectly okay! Our buffet services are a great alternative. 

Hibachi Drip Buffet Services are perfect for hosts who want great hibachi food without the live performance. You get the same crowd-pleasing flavors and generous portions in a hot, ready-to-serve catering format, allowing guests to eat, mingle, and enjoy their meals at their own pace.

Our buffet menu includes New York steak, chicken, shrimp, fried rice (with egg), and vegetables, all prepared with our signature garlic butter and soy sauce. Chicken and shrimp are finished with fresh lemon for added flavor, and each order includes our three house sauces: yum-yum sauce, diablo sauce, and teriyaki sauce.

Food is delivered hot and ready to serve, similar to a traditional catering service. Guests can help themselves and enjoy hibachi-quality food without the structure or energy of a live cooking experience. Hosts must provide plates and utensils for their guests.

This service does not include a hibachi grill, chef performance, or live show, making it ideal for more relaxed gatherings, corporate events, low-key celebrations, or hosts who prefer a simpler setup.
