Service Description

Hibachi Drip Mini Trios (Minimum of 60 guests required):

Mini Trios are designed for larger events that want fresh, on-the-spot hibachi cooking without the structure of a full live show.

This service features a chef cooking on-site using our hibachi grill, serving guests small plate portions in a smooth, medium/fast-paced flow similar to taco-style catering. It’s ideal for high-traffic events where guests want great food without sitting down for a full dining experience.

Mini Trios include three proteins: New York steak, chicken, and shrimp. This is paired with fried rice and vegetables; all being cooked with our signature garlic butter and soy sauce. Chicken and shrimp are finished with lemon, and guests can enjoy our three house sauces: yum-yum sauce, diablo sauce, and teriyaki sauce.

While this service includes live cooking and a professional chef, it does not include a hibachi performance or interactive show. The focus is on efficiency, flavor, and keeping lines moving so guests can grab a plate and continue enjoying the event.

Please allow adequate space for the hibachi grill and three tables, which are used for cooking and for servers to efficiently plate and hand out Mini Trio dishes to guests.

Hibachi Drip Mini Trios combines fresh on-site cooking with a high-volume service style, giving your guests the hibachi flavors they love while allowing the event's flow to stay running smoothly.
